The one thing I really loved was looking at etiquette – dining etiquette, and then also the department aspect. I love the way it was framed in the course where it’s not just about respecting the fellow people that you’re with, but it’s also about respecting yourself. So I found that to be a massive takeaway. The second, mindset, was so huge throughout this entire course, whether you’re reading “The Secret” or another mindset book, a big piece of leveling up is the fact that your mindset changes. So you become more confident because you’re taking all of these pieces to etiquette and to refinement. And you are confident that you are the best version of yourself that you’re presenting forward. That was absolutely life-changing for me because I find that my confidence has skyrocketed since taking the program. And I don’t regret a single second of it.
I think the end result from taking the school of affluent “Secrets Of Elite Woman” program for me was you could consider that mindset because most of the course it was focused on mindset and really trying to be able to refine and strengthen your own. So the first aspect of that is the networking piece and networking. And networking I think whether you’re an introvert or an ambivert sometimes if you get a little shy, that can be quite difficult. So in the time of COVID in the pandemic, I turned to networking on LinkedIn and other professional platforms. And what I found was after doing a mindset overhaul, I was so much more confident to approach people in these top tier positions that either I really want to know and I think would be a value to have in my network or potentially that might be the type of position that I’m looking for. And I would like to gather insight or potentially even mentorship from these people. So that was one portion. The second refining your mindset is always something that’s a great idea to undertake. And I think this program really helped me do that. And that’s not just refining your mindset in terms of your preferences and whatnot, but also just the fact that you know what you’re worth, and you’re not afraid to show that to people. So I think that was a really nice piece of the course that I’ll definitely take with me and, you know, post COVID, I would actually like to retake the course, just because there’s so much valuable information that you can extract from it. It’s a shame that I took it during COVID because I think I could have gotten even more value than I already have gotten from the program if I would be able to go out and actually meet people and network at other events.
